We strive to ship in stock inventory the same day the order is complete, all necessary paperwork has been completed and submitted and payment has cleared. Given the vast differences in state and local laws, it is your responsibility to certify that you are eligible to order and receive ammunition from an on-line store such as ours. We strive to keep up with all of the regulations, but it is nearly impossible for us to know every state and local law and ordinance. Please be sure your eligible to receive ammunition in your state and locality prior to ordering. There are several states in which we will require additional information to complete your order. There are also some states and locations that we are unable to fulfill orders for, and please recognize this is only due to the laws of that state. See our FYI page for additional.

Due to ammunition shipping issues, we can not accept returns on ammo. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us for additional options and we will be glad to assist you in anyway we can. Please check and order carefully.
