Question: Can I pick up my order if I am local to the Jacksonville, St. Johns or St. Augustine area?

Answer: Absolutely. We do not process orders or payments at the warehouse location, but you can order and pay on line, and then make an appointment to swing by and pick up your order. We enjoy meeting our customers and hand delivering your order to you. This will save you in shipping costs and you do not have to worry about a porch theft!

Question: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders for shooting clubs or ranges?

Answer: Yes. We do offer a discount to shooting clubs and ranges, We welcome the opportunity to discuss different programs to obtain a factory fresh supply of bulk ammo directly to you. There are opportunities to buy in bulk and save money for your club and members. We have several different programs available. Contact us and we will see if we can tailor a program to fit your needs.

Question: I am a small gun shop/range/club- do you offer wholesale pricing to us?

Answer: We do offer wholesale and discounted pricing on large orders. We can and do combine some of the smaller shop orders to obtain the best pricing leverage. We are actively seeking additional stores and clubs to join our program, as we are one of the few suppliers that will cater to the smaller orders levels. We realize that most small shops are not ordering a pallet at a time, and that is ok with us. We want everyone to enjoy outdoor sporting and shooting activities. We encourage everyone to become familiar with your firearm and always use the proper ammunition. You must adhere to all federal, state, and local ordinances. We try to keep up with all of the laws and ever changing rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to LEGALLY order and receive our products.

We will cancel any order that we determine is in violation of any laws or regulations, but it is fully YOUR responsibility. We can not and will not accept responsibility for your mistakes, willful disregard of, or ignorance of any violations of law or local ordinances in regards to any transaction conducted on this site. If you do not agree with these terms of use, please exit this site and do not order any of our products.

**Some states have added steps to the on-line sales process. Some of these include "In-Person" sale requirements, restricted sales to FFL/ammo dealers, and other local restrictions that may prevent us sending ammunition directly to your door. In some instances, orders must be sent directly to a local FFL or registered ammunition dealer in order to complete the transaction. We are aware that this is an additional burden on the purchaser, and we will work with you to complete the necessary paperwork required. If there are any additional background or local checks to be completed, this occurs at your local dealer. We have no control over this process, and you will be responsible for any additional handling fees and/or background fees charged by the local dealer of your choice.

That being said, buying ammunition on-line is an easy process even with the additional steps that may be required. Some of our customers may have to provide additional information in order for us to process the order. We will work with you to the best of our ability to provide you with the best service we can, but please understand that these rules, laws and regulations are beyond our control and we must adhere to them in every instance.

We will provide an upload link to send us additional information that may be necessary to process your order. Once all required information is received, you will be sent a confirmation email message that all requirements have been met and your order is processing. If you do not get an email, contact us for further assistance with your order.
